“June 17, 2011 was a day that forever changed the life of our family. On that day, we lost our home to a fire. Amidst the confusion and grief of the next few weeks came the kind and sensitive team from DayCor.
After winning the bid to build our new home, they immediately went to work with us through every stage of this challenging and, at the time for us, emotional process. At all times, they were sensitive to our needs and feelings and as design changes were requested, their expertise and professionalism guided us to make appropriate choices to fit our budget and desires.
Meetings were prompt, thorough and organized. Phone calls and email were returned quickly and contained complete and detailed responses. The level of communication was a positive experience and everything about the build was patiently and clearly explained to our satisfaction. DayCor were building our new home but they kindly included us, patiently explaining to us all aspects of the home building process.
DayCor’s sub-contractors were not only efficient experts but we were able to create a rapport with them that kept us in the loop at all times. They were all dependable, working long days from start to finish in a professional effort to properly complete the work they were doing. Most impressive was that in all cases, the work was done right the first time. It was clearly evident that the timing, co-ordination and communication between DayCor and their contractors contributed in a large way to the quality of the workmanship and the efficiency of completing and meeting deadlines. We were moving into our new home one month ahead of our scheduled date.
The final product certainly reflects the high standards expected in a DayCor home. The home is a showcase that is impressive to each and every visitor that we have invited in. They frequently notice the workmanship and comment on the creative, bright and open design.
The people at DAYCOR are extremely skilled at building homes and they genuinely care about the people for whom they are building. Our house felt like a home from the very first day.
Thank you, Bob, Lou, Linda and Sandy”
Sincerely,
